- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Dowling is very knowledgable and is always patient, takes the time to explain everything to you. Never a question that goes unanswered. He performed my surgery in March 2015. Thanks to Dr. Dowling I am now getting my life back, almost to the fullest. I saw him today and received great news. All is going good. His staff is very professional and kind.
